    I am attempted to find what is causing some emails not to be received. First, after making a csv copy, I successfully deleted all Subscribers in Subscribe2. Then, I saw the Registered Tab and discovered 60 Registered users that I have never heard of- somehow they became registered. So I have attempted to delete them without success. SO my first question is how do I delete these subscribers.

  • @burger23,

    Those users have registered in WordPress as you have (or had) membership enabled on the General Settings.

    Delete then in the Users->All Users page in the main WordPress menus. To stop them in future either turn off Membership if you don’t need it or try the verg good Stop Spammer Registrations plugin:

    Thanks so much for your prompt reply- I have unchecked the Anyone can register in Settings->Membership- and installed the recommended Stop Spam registrations plugin- and deleted all Users in WordPress menu. Now I will just have t0 wait and see ??

    I have an unrelated second issue that I will start a new thread.

    Thanks again

    @burger23,

    With Membership disabled you may not need the plugin. Leave it for a few weeks and then deactivate it and see if there is any difference.
