Spam referral to Homepage without traffic source

Hello,

I recently changed themes and since the theme has been up and running, I’ve had a high amount of pageviews to my homepage, but no referrer is listed. Nor does it add up with the “Referrers” count on the left of my wordpress stats page. Is there a way to discover where this traffic/spam is coming from that I am missing, and how I can make it stop showing up?
