    Our Signup page is receiving a lot of Forbidden errors upon completion. I’ve added “sign-up” as an excluded page, but it still scans and denies legit customers.

    Also, some customers and reps are being completely blocked from the site. We’ve used Cleantalk for several years with no issues until this past month.

    Hello,

    Could you try to set?the ‘Set?Cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative?mechanism)’?here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    The validation of newsletter form doesn’t work anymore after the test captcha. It’s not the first time that happens i don’t understand why. Please could you help me

    I see that the issue is about filtration, that means that we have to discuss the CleanTalk service.
