Spam Protection too Aggressive

Our Signup page is receiving a lot of Forbidden errors upon completion. I’ve added “sign-up” as an excluded page, but it still scans and denies legit customers.
Also, some customers and reps are being completely blocked from the site. We’ve used Cleantalk for several years with no issues until this past month.
