Spam protection cleantalk

Okay, tried the cleantalk free for 7 days, and purchased premium and extras for five websites for 3 years. I uploaded the firewall plugin onto each website. Why doesn’t the key work on the cleantalk to update spam, as I’m not sure the firewall plugin attacks the spam too?

In addition, my sites were hacked about two weeks ago and I’ve paid someone to remove the malware, so why are all of my websites saying that malware exists. So I’m going to have to ask the guy to check again, and he’s already done all he can. I was having plugin issues with Akismet so was looking for an alternative.

Plus, on the apparent malware links it provides, why are we asked to approve them. Surely, there should be a delete button, so I’ve just left it.

Sites are musicstreetevents.com, 1-minute-reads.com, covidtruths.co.uk, beautybrandsdirect.uk and healthy-woman.co.uk. I still have one more website to set up with this plugin, but it’s 3.07 now in the UK, and I’m dog tired. Thanks in advance
