Spam Overdose :: Need Filter ::

Gambling, Porn, Drug, ugly malicious spam is being fed into the
blog to obtain links back to these sites. I have excellent search
engine position and these creeps try to leverage my traffic with
trackback links and simple posting. Perhaps I receive 10-20 each
day. I moderate the posts but it prevents the blog from evolving
with legitimate communications. I do not want to shut the blog
down to submissions – so what do I do? The IP and email addresses
are always fictious. Is there an appropriate agency that spies on
these jackels and aprehends them? In the mean time is there a
genuine approach to preveinting this type of thing?

Frustrated after more than a year of monitoring this activity.
