Spam on Homepage design

Hi, I’m in the process of trying to clean-up my blog and actually start blogging again, but can’t figure out how to get rid of some spam that appeared at the very top of my blog design homepage. Here is the link: bayouroadblog.com/wordpress/

As you can see, while I wasn’t blogging or checking on the blog, spam invaded the design. I’ve tried re-uploading the background image, but the spam did not go away.
