Spam notification sent to third party

My client shared a post originally published on my site
Such post had spam comments that I was able to cleanProblem is she got an email notification about the spam with all details about it
This never happened before (I mean before the installaltion of Clean Talk on my site)She said she got such email twice (I have one of the emails)
Why is she being notified of a spam comment of my own post with an email offer of your own services?
I don’t want my customers receiving emails offering your service over a problem generated on my own website.
Please clarify
