Spam mails through forms

I’m sharing some educational links from my website utilizing the contact form 7 form. Any user on my site can send emails to other users with messages. These emails essentially have a link in the message box, which I’ve disabled because I’m receiving a ton of spam. Tell me how to stop receiving these spam messages. Users can only add their email addresses to forms at this time.
