Spam mail ticket?

  • Hi,
    for a few days I have been receiving strange emails in my account inbox. First Justin then Frank write that they have problems using the plugin on my site. They write on behalf of customer support and refer to tickets that I have never opened!
    What does all this mean?

    Hi,

    We’ve recently fixed some issues on our main site, regarding some forum notifications not being sent.
    I guess that you are probably subscribed to forum notifications, and now that they are fixed, you start receiving them.

    To subscribe/unsub from a forum, browse one of the four forums you’d like to unsubscribe, and you’ll see a button at the top of the page.
