    Hello,

I’m getting a lot of non-real user signups that end up using multiple domains to cause spam.

Do you have any tools to prevent these users from registering on the site?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are not able to reproduce the same issue on our instance. So can you please provide me with the following information:
    1. From which application you are getting the spam users?
    2. Also if possible please share the screenshot of the spam users from the user’s list.

For the further discussion please reach out to us at [email protected].

    Thanks,

    Hello,

the image i am uploading was a few minutes ago and there were already 36 new registered fake users.

They create an account using an email address, user and prompt. Some users: https://imgur.com/gallery/iQfYRPc

Every day are the same or new users. This is consuming a lot of resources in my hosting, besides giving me a lot of work to delete them all one by one.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

The spam users are getting registered on your website are not with social login options. Because when any user get registered with social login options. He will need to log in with an account of that social login application. So one user can create only one account. Whenever he tries to log in from next time onward, he will only get login without creating a new account.

I also tried to register on your website with a registration form. It is only asking username, password and creating the user account. All spam users are getting created from your registration form. So this issue is related to theme and not related to social login.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks.
