Spam links on mobile version of my site

I was just looking at the mobile version of my site (hair on the brain) and I saw a ton of spam (viagra, etc) links at the bottom of a post. Can’t seem to find it anywhere on my main site, however.

I was victim of the permalink hack a few weeks ago so I suspect it’s phase 2 of that. Where would I go to delete the code that’s causing this?
