Spam links in IndexNow Dashboard

  • I see fake (404) links in my IndexNow plugin dashboard. They are of following format:

    https://site.com/?p=2292
    https://site.com/?p=2293 and so on

    Is something trying to sabotage my website authority? I heard having 404s ranks you bad. My indexnow settings are set to auto submit URLs. This doesn’t happen when it is manual. What is happening? Can anyone shed light on this issue?
