    Hello Cleantalk Support Team,

I recently implemented your service on our new website https://dentalzentrum-owl.de/. Unfortunately, I’m noticing that spam is incorrectly being marked as “approved.” I haven’t experienced this issue on my other websites.

If you review the log, you’ll find only one genuine inquiry; the rest is spam.

Could you please check and adjust the settings to improve spam detection accuracy?

Thank you very much for your support!

    Best regards

    Hello.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to understand which requests you considered spam. Can you mark them as Spam? Please let us know after that and we will analyze these marked requests.

Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] —> Choose your website in the drop-down menu —> There are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> Mark records using these buttons.
    The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/faq#feedback_spam

    Thank you @datsyuk

I have tuned filters for this website. Such requests will be blocked in the future.

We also recommend enabling the Anti-Crawler option in the Anti-Spam plugin settings.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
