Spam in RSS Feed

Hi,

I have noticed that on my latest post I am getting spam inserted into my RSS feed.

I have done the following things so far;

-checked that it is not posted into my posts (is must be getting placed there from elsewhere)
-Found that it does not display when viewed in a browser, only when viewed in an rss reader (https://feedvalidator.org is best for getting the raw rss feed)
-confirmed that it is not a plug-in or theme that is causing the problem

At the moment it is displaying in post baddice.co.uk/102 when I delete that post the spam appears elsewhere in the feed.

I really don’t have a clue where to go from here and am hoping that someone can help.
