    Hello,

My site was hacked not too long ago and I am trying to finish cleaning it up. I have removed all of the malicious code and have run multiple scans (all files checking plugins against wordpress’s) that have come up clean.

I have cleaned up most of my database however I am still getting links added into my “wfHits” section of the database. (Links are along the lines of https://www.mysite.com/?levitra-sale-no-prescription and things like that.)

Is this connected with the plugin? It looks like the wfHits section of the database is a part of wordfence?

I did delete the plugin using FTP and then reinstalled it from a fresh download.

    Thanks for the help.

  • We store referr data in that table so if you are getting visitors from spammy websites or people are faking the website they arrive from (referrer spam). The dev team said you can safely ignore that stuff.

Sorry it took me a day or two to get this information. I wanted to make sure what I was telling you was correct.
