Spam Getting Through

I have been a customer since Dec22 and have been impressed with the amount of spam that CleanTalk blocks. Up until a few weeks ago, I maybe saw a few spam comments that I have to manage manually, but more recently, I am seeing up to 6+ spam comments per day. They are typically all posted via the same IP address (ie 46.196.120.169) and they will show as SPAM via your page, but were not blocked. How can I make sure that these spam comments are being caught and we do not need to manage them manually? Thanks!
