Spam Firewall Redirection??

    Hello!

    I’ve got an urgent strange behavior which I first noticed this morning.
    When visiting my webpage the first thing I see is:

    “SpamFireWall is activated for your IP 217.7…..
    Please cick below to pass protection,

    or you will be automatically redirected to the requested page after 1 seconds.”

    Why is that?? The tab says “Blacklisted” – so far I never had this kind of issue and my IP from Germany should be absolutely NOT blacklisted? Also, I didn’t set any option for this specific ip addresses.

    The Anti-Spam plugin is already in use for months and I couldn’t experience any of this so far but in fact it is something that needs to be solved since it means my customers might leave the page before they even enter.

    A redirection like this is absolutely not good and might frighten off my visitors.
    Can you please suggest anything to prevent this from happening??

    By the way, I already checked my personal lists – but they are empty since I didn’t add any so far. So this is not the case here… And I’m using the latest version of Anti-Spam by CleanTalk and WordPress 4.9.9

    Do you use any caching plugins? The block is not related to this IP address. Could you try to install the previous version by this guide and check how it will work?

    This is happening to my IP as well. Just started this morning. I’ve never seen this before, and this installation has been running for 10 months pretty much as is without issue. I followed the instructions and deleted my IP from the Blacklist. I also Whitelisted my IP in the personal list. However this blacklist notice persisted on the website. I had to resort to turning of the SpamFireWall, which resolved the issue. But I would like to use the SpamFireWall, so please let me know when this is fixed.

    Host: WPEngine
    WordPress 5.0.3
    Genesis 2.8.1 with Wellness Pro child theme.
    Anti-Spam by CleanTalk Version 5.115

    Hello,

    indeed it helped.
    I’ve uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled the version v5.114 and the issue is gone now. So it must’ve been something related to the update it seems.

    same issue here.. I’ve been running cleantalk for a year now with no issues until the last few days..My IP address has been blacklisted lol and it redirects me to my website after the spam ip warning..I’m running version 5.116.2.. Actually the first time I turned on SpamFirewall was a few days back.. I’ve turned it back off now and feel it needs to stay off after attempting to send out an email from contact form it also blocked that and stated spam ..
