    Hi,

    This has only started happening in the last 2 to 3 weeks and (as far as I know) only to 3 users.
    When accessing a members only page, they get sent to a screen saying that the Spam Firewall has been activated on their IP.

    The IP given is not their IP. It is one from Amazon. 184.72.115.35

    After a day (1 user took several days) they can access the page normally.

    I have told each of them to clear browser cache which may or may not have sorted the issue.

    Why would this happen?
