Spam filtering services

    Hi Guys,

    I’m currently using Gravity Forms with Postmark — It’s been working perfectly. But lately, I’ve seen a big increase in contact form spam, so I’m considering a spam filtering service.

    Is the Postmark plugin compatible with Akismet?

    I’m unclear as to how all these pieces work together, so thought I’d check to make sure.

    Hi, Phil!

    Akismet will not cause problems with Postmark for WordPress. The Postmark plugin overrides the core wp_mail function, which won’t get called in the event Akismet determines a comment is spam and blocks it.
