    Hello, we are having cases with your plugin, which we love and use in many of our clients, where many false positives of SPAM detection are occurring.

    We mark those emails as “Not SPAM” but similar emails marked as SPAM continue to come in.

    Any idea what could happen?

    Hi @damasovelazquez, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having false positives.

    It can be the case that site caching causes issues with the plugin; if that happens often on a client website, we suggest excluding a page from caching. If that’s not possible, then I’m afraid that the best option is likely to disable Gravity Forms Zero Spam.
