Spam email after subscribing

  • Hi,

    I’m using the plugin with Convertkit. I set up the form but when I subscribe I don’t receive the subscription confirmation email, instead I receve a promotional email from a guy Nathan Berry with the topic of “Designing forms that convert”.

    Why is that happening and how can I make sure that email isn’t sent to my subscribers?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the wait, weekend got in the way.

    The plugin itself is not sending out any emails, it sends the subscriber information directly to the newsletter service you selected. Are you sure you’ve set the correct Form ID in the options.

    Also, can you send over the URL to the website so I can test it out.
