Spam Comments Coming in With My Name

My site is overwhelmed by filthy spam comments and I seem to be locked out of any actions via the WordPress dash. I can’t delete the comments, and they show up as coming from my blog, and the URLs for the “commenter” are posts on my blog.

I was loath to specify these as spam since I feared my own name would be considered spam going forward. Askismet and SpamKarma2 are missing all of these, despite the fact that they contain obvious flag words.

I even found that some of my old posts contain in the entry field spam. I’m confused as to what’s going on, how I can remedy it, and why I am totally locked out of posting (goes to blank page when I hit publish) and deleting the spam (goes to WP page linking to support site).
