Spam coming through form with CAPTCHA

Hello,

For about a month now, I have been getting spam emails from a contact form on a sub-page that does not exist. The only form plugin I use is Contact Form 7. I have added a CAPTCHA to every form that I have created in the backend and am still receiving spam emails. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this happening and hoping for some assistance on how to get this resolved.
