spam blocks

That top website form, no matter what i type in seems to send up red flags.
How can i fix this? Do i add some more fields is the issue? Not really sure what the problem is myself and a client got this and even changing info is an issue unless because i tried that same text it flagged me and then it logged my ip it still flagged me.
