Is there a way to remove some of the spam and ancient reviews of our product from way back when plus some folks who left comments and never responded to their falsehood?

Thanks, for the help. We work hard on our plugin. Even still sometimes people have problems. We work to fix them as you can see from our weekly updates and vigilant support. And when we’ve messed up and someone dings us in a review we try to learn from it.

Please consider removing these. We appreciate it

Not one of those are spam reviews, they are legitimate feedback from users. They will not be deleted for these reasons as well.

Thanks Jan for taking a look. I appreciate it. And I see what you are talking about in your policy. Very helpful.

Some of them are pretty ancient and the one that mentions a competitive product is spam.

It is an issue with the review system. Our free product has improved and reviews that are 3 versions old aren’t current. But in your system I need to get 50 5 star reviews to make up for 1 1 star review. I realize that with millions of plugins it’s impossible to manage all of this. But it isn’t hard to say that reviews from 2 years ago shouldn’t count when they are 30 updates ago.

But it is what it is. Thanks again for the reference.
