    Hi all,
    I get a fair amount of spam comments. I hate it! How is this best dealt with/avoided? Why/how does it happen?

    Have you tried activing the Akismet plugin that comes with WP by default? There’s plenty of other plugins. I recommand Bad Behavior in combination with an anti spam plugin (Akismet, but the choice is yours).
