Spacing in New Submission Email Body

I’m wondering if the spacing after colons “:” and between lines can be adjusted in emails such as the “New Submission Email Body” email template?

As you can see in this screenshot, I have put a red box around the example places I’m referring to. I’d also like to add more line spacing between the last 3 custom questions. But in the email template for the “New Submission Email Body” email template, all we’re given is {{SUBMISSION_DATA}}
