Spacing between the lines and bullets

I use the thesis framework for my new blog.
I am facing two problem in formatting the posts.

1) the spacing between the lines is more than one line. How can I change the spacing between the lines?
2) When ever I bullets and numbers it does not show up in the preview and also in the actual page after I hit “Publish”
