Spaces and Dashes

    Is there a way to disable simple file list from renaming (removing) the spaces from the files in the directory it looks at, I understand that makes could make the URLs non compliant for some browsers, but is causing a issue as we have a scheduled SFTP job that uploads files from another location, some of these files do contain spaces, and they get renamed, so when we upload again we get a duplicate.

    I’m sorry but there is not. You can choose to display the file name with spaces, for visual reasons only, but the actual file will still have dashes to make it reachable by URL.
