Spacer – set new default

Running WP 5.22

Last night, I finally got the last several Posts converted from Classic to Blocks.

Just have 13 Pages left to do…

After conversion, besides editing the text, I usually add a Spacer – between a Paragraph and an Image. Upon inserting – the default is 100 px. For my eye, 30 px is the value that seems to look good. After adding many Spacers and always needing to change to value back down to 30 – is a pain. Be nice to be able to set 30 – as “My Default”. Don’t think this setting or function exists yet…?

Also using Separator a lot. Its ‘Block Style’ default is called “Default” and produces a “short line”. I always have to switch from “Default” to “Wide Line”. Another item to add for “My Default”.

Now that I’ve made the conversion to Blocks, how can I turn off those automatic tip displays – whenever I get into the Editor?
