Spacer button does not appear in Gutenberg toolbar

  • Today I downloaded and activated the Spacer plugin, but the button doesn’t show up in the Gutenberg editor. I thought that since it was tested to work on 5.0.3, that it would work fine. Is it only available for the Classic editor?

    I’m really hoping there’s some obvious step I’ve missed in getting this set up.

    Hi brendamcalpine,

    Yes you are still able to access the Spacer WYSIWYG button and use it as normal – you just need to select the “Classic” block from within Gutenberg.

    We are also currently exploring the idea of adding an additional Spacer plugin block within Gutenberg, though this has not yet been finalized.
