    Martin I solved my display problem by modifying top margin for the image and adding margin to your post title css.

    #uplp-list-44674 ul li img { display: inline; float: left; margin: 10px 8px 8px 0px; width: 75px; height: 75px; }
    #uplp-list-44674 ul li div.uplp-post-title { font-size: 13px; margin: 10px 0px 0px 0px; }
