Space between page border and first tab

Hi from France.
I’m actually trying to find a new plug-in to manage tabs on wy website (previous is obsolete).
It looks like this one may fit the needs but I have an issue.
The left border of the first tab is not aligned with the border of the page.
With the previous plug-in, this issue does not exist : https://www.uscars.biz/uscars.wordpress/galeries/retromobile/
Is there any way to fix the issue ?
