    Hi, thank you!

We tried to replicate issue with downloaded Bahij Janna font but without success, however we see some “special” empty character inserted near spaces in your PDF. Can you please try to use another font to see if issue will still appear?

P.S. If possible, upload please used font somewhere and share the link please so we can download your version directly to see if we can replicate issue. Thank you.

    Sorry for late response,

I used another font which is “JF Flat”

You can download it from here:
    https://arbfonts.com//wp-content/fonts/unlimited-free-arabic-fonts//JF-Flat-Regular.ttf

And yes, you are right, the issue from the font.
    It’s show correctly now.

    Thank you very much.

Thank you. We will check if we can fix the issue of “added” empty spaces with the current font you used before.

If for me, no need for that.
    Thank you very much.

I would like to ask you, if there is any way to download the certification as JPG/PNG (picture) file not PDF, is that possible ?

Even if this requires money, I don’t mind, but tell me how much, if you can.

Unfortunately this feature not available. We have this point in our TODO list however we do not have yet any ETA when it will be released.

As for now it’s possible to use “Flatten” option as full (“Settings” -> “PDF” -> “Flatten” -> “Full”) while E2Pdf Tempalte edit on the bottom right box. It will convert content of PDF to image, however it will be still PDF format.
