Space at Top of Form

Hello-

1. For some reason no matter what margins I set there is a space at the top of the form. It even adds a space after the titles of other contact forms I have that I haven’t edited. The space is approx 80px. I know for a fact that it’s the plugin because when I delete it everything moves back into it’s normal spacing.

2. When you school down on the page the form jumps down about 40px. Not sure why that’s happening either.
