Space after apostrophe

I am having a little problem: everytime I use an apostrophe, a space will be created after the apostrophe. For example, “my father’s house” will become “my father’ s house”. I think it happens only when you view the blog in Asian-language Windows OS. It is kind of annoying so I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. I checked all encoding settings and everything is set to unicode correctly.
