    Hi,

All is working on the stripe apps, but the last part : Using the source, your server-side code makes an API request to create a charge and complete the payment.

It looks like the sources is being created, but there’s no charge request being send

Do you know where this can come from ?

I already checked everything with stripe Team, they say all work on their part, problem come from Woocommerce.

    Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @hkenny8

This sounds like an issue with a theme or plugin conflict. Can you try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe to see if this resolves the issue? If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Hi John, I am having the same error after I recently updated the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway and other plugins & themes. Stripe is receiving the customer information and credit card information, but the Stripe log shows that the charge request is not being received and hence the payment is failing. I tried switching the theme and disabling all plugins, but the error persists. Any thoughts?

    Hello,

I Find the answer and it is not coming from themes or plugins issues, it was an option to change in my webhost.

Maybe this can help people which have the same problem, the issue was with OVH, in PHP section i had to switch from environement Legacy to Stable.

Afterthat problem was solved and paiement is now working.

I Hope it helps others =)

    Hi @hkenny8,

Thanks for this information! We will mark this as resolved but leave it for others to check out.
