Thank you for contacting us! Please try fully removing and re-adding the source with these steps:
- Go to?WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings
> remove the connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon.
- Click the Save Settings button.
- Click the Add Source button. You will be sent to our connection site.
- Select the Personal or Business button and go through the connection process again.
- a) For a Personal account, you will be sent to Instagram to log in and accept the connection.
b) For a Business account, you will be sent to Facebook. You may need to click the Edit Settings (reference) button to review your connection settings and make sure all accounts and all pages you manage are selected as well as all permissions.
- For any existing feed, go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, edit the feed, go to Settings > Sources,?and select the newly connected source.
- Once your source has been added, click the Save button.
Please ensure that you go through step number 6 so that the feeds?have the updated source.?
If this does not resolve the issue, please send us a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the Instagram Feed plugin settings.
