• I’ve submitted a support ticket but only got an acknowledgment of my issue without any feedback, so I’m posting on here as well. I’m having an issue where one specific project within my MPG setup is randomly having its data source file either deleted or disassociated from the project. As a result, the pages associated with the project become 404 errors. This has happened to me twice within the past 3 days. The issue can be resolved by re-uploading the source file, however, this is not a long-term solution, nor can I devote the resources to constantly checking to make sure that MPG doesn’t do this with other projects as well. Considering that I can see at least 2 other people in this support forum with what sounds like the same exact issue, it seems like something that should be known and have some solution. Also, considering I’m on a “Business” plan where one of the features is “priority support” I don’t think that getting 1 response per business day is cutting it. If I don’t get some explanation and proof of working towards a long-term solution to this issue, I’ll be canceling my subscription.

    That’s unfortunate but the developer cannot and must not help you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
