SoundCloud URL Link Not Working

    Hello, we’re wanting to purchase the lifetime license for a clients website but are testing solutions first to make sure they work. Visually yours is the preferred option but we can’t get a SoundCloud URL to work and play the audio through the widget.

    We’re testing it with random SoundCloud audio links until we have it working and then our client will upload recordings and we will add them to different playlists using the widget but the widget isn’t working.

    I’ve tried contacting your support but have had issues receiving emails from yourselves. I was advised to create a support ticket but have been unable to do so as it requires a license key. Can this issue be looked at regarding the SoundCloud link URL not working and playing the audio? As if we can get this plugin to work we will use this for the client and purchase the pro version.

    The ticketing support system is dedicated to pro customers only, that is why you cannot open a ticket here. Please send me details about the SoundCloud links you use for your playlist by email.
