    I am using Themify’s Ultra theme. The product shows the video as a thumbnail but when click on it, it only play the sound. The video does not show at all. It showed only a greyed out player with no picture.

    Yes, you can only remove this one if you want

    .video-js {
       width: 100% !important;
    }

    I noticed that if I choose the thumbnail with the video, it will play and I can turn on the sound. No problem there. But if I click on other still photos, it seems that the video is still playing in the background because I can still hear the sound. Is this normal?

    Yes. This is normal. If you use the autoplay option when you play the sound from the controls you will have to stop it if you don’t want to hear it. The other option is to stop the autoplay option from the settings.

    It’s not just the sound. The video will continue playing even if you move away from the video thumbnail. This is the correct behavior? Shouldn’t the video stop playing when you click on other product images?

    Yes, this is the correct behavior. There are people who use the videos as banners for short videos without controls, and that’s how it should work with an option with controls – your users decide how to control the video.

    It is not about the control. I mean the user can use it as banner or whatever. But as the visitor navigate away from the video and click on a static image of the product, the video should stop, ideally, rather than continuing playing in the background.

    I understand you, but this is how it works for you, it may not be convenient, but for other users of the plugin, it is convenient and they have no problem

    I understand what you are saying. I also work for a big corporation as a QA. This is just a user interface issue. Logically, I do not believe anyone would want to play or hear the video in the background when they navigate away from the video. This would be an improvement to the plugin. But it is totally up to you. ??

    In principle, I have noted your suggestion, but for now there are no complaints and the users who use the plugin are satisfied. I’ll definitely think about the things you suggest, but I can’t commit to a timeline for this improvement. Thanks again for the feedback

    It seems that if I checked the option “Adjust the video size according to the theme settings” in the setting, the video will NOT have a full screen option in the control. But I think it should have one.

    Only if I unchecked it, it will play with the full size within the products thumbnails. It also has a full screen option in the Controls.

    Looks like one would still needs to have that custom CSS code to show the Full Screen control when the video size is set to the theme settings.

    If you want to use this option, you must use custom CSS code. You specifically won you did this option separately because you didn’t like the way it worked and decided not to use this option. If you want to use it yes you will need to return this custom CSS code.

    In your settings you now have “Adjust the video size according to the theme settings”. If users select that, the video being played will not have a full screen option. That CSS should be included in the plugin so that whoever set that setting, they can still play the video in full screen.

    No you shouldn’t because the problem is with you from your theme and settings. Most themes don’t have this problem. So add it if you are going to use this option or remove it. Especially for you, I have separated this option to be selectable from the settings and by default the option is auto resizing.
