sound chat notification

how do i enable a sound when i receive a notification?in firefox i get a popup with the notification, but there is no sound so if i’m away from the computer i dont notice anything.
Also from the wp menu in the plugin live chat it tell me that i need a plugin to run this plugin
I think this is the same problem because the code of this window checking the code is related to an element ring.wav
What plugin is missing? i have flash installed ….
how do i install whatever is needed?<embed src=”https://www.xxxwp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/ring.wav” autostart=”true” loop=”false” hidden=”true”>
