Sound alerts everytime I load page

    Hi,

    I receive sound alerts every time I access a new page. Is there anyway to turn this off for the Admin and agents, but still keep it on for website users?

    Otherwise, from what I can tell, this is a great, straight-forward plugin.

    Please advise what versions of our plugin you currently have installed? Also, do you have any caching plugins on your site?

    I’m using the latest version of this plugin, coupled with the latest WordPress version, without any caching plugins.

    Just to confirm on my side, the chat is playing a sound every time you as the agent goes to another page? Does this happen on the front or back end of the site? Also, does it occur with an active chat, or with inactive chats as well?

    Ironically, it stopped. I believe it was during active chats as I currently don’t have a current chat. If things change, I’ll post here.
