SOS I need any help I can get

    Hi
    I purchase Design Approval System package and now I am in trouble….
    I activate plugins and start working on setting stuff up
    When I try to create Designer or Client profile using your plugin something happened….
    I got BLANK SCREEN white background AND STRANGE MESSAGE
    Cheatin’ uh?

    The problem is that I can live with out this plugins, but I lost my all Plugins for Plugins side Bar, User and Appearance depressant from my admin side bar.
    If I try to bring Plugins on the page ie /wp-admin/plugins.php
    I get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
    I try to replace wordpress files with exception of Theme nothing work
    I check permissions set @755
    I need to resolve the problem
    I wonder what did screwed-up
    I know it is a long holiday weekend
    Yet it wold be wonderful if I can here from you
