    i added the credentials for the staging website, that has the live website, the define db name password etc, i wanted to delete the staging website but after that it deleted the lives website probavbly db, what can i do, now it redirects to install php page

    there is no file for restore in backup folder, what should i do?

    the free version does not have any option to provide custom database credentials.

    What wp staging plugin did you install?

    @gtsitsis that’s okay, please use the form. Deleting the staging site can’t affect the live site at all. We will need to investigate this issue in details.

    but the mysql database is 1kb sir from 380mb i triple check it

    @gtsitsis What did you do? Did you edit the wp-config.php file of the live site and put the staging site’s database info there, trying to migrate the staging site to the live site? Then you deleted the staging site and that of course deleted the tables with the staging prefix you added in the wp-config.php file of the live site?

    If that’s the case, then we can’t help much here, please ask your hosting provider if they have a server backup for you.
