    Both ‘My Tasks’ and Task reports – sort the dates and put a date header in place. Currently dates are mixed in the reports, perhaps the chronology the event is add?

    Causes it to be difficult to view the reports (screens) and determine easily which tasks require ‘immediate’ attention.

    In regards to all of the report screens – additional data would be nice. Perhaps a means to filter the entry (task) would be nice. Or even better, perhaps the ability to configure ad hoc reports. Not everyone wants or needs to view the data in the format that someone else does.

  • Custom reports can be created if needed. As you mentioned, not everyone wants or needs all of the same reports, so we made the reports section developer friendly. Basically we allow users to be able to remove existing reports, and create their own reports as necessary.
