Sorting Taxonomies

So far this is a great plugin. I just wish it would sort all items. I am using this for displaying WooCommerce product categories. 1st thing is it doesn’t show a listing of hierarchical categories. If it won’t show the hierarchy, how would I at least show the complete list of Custom Post Types or Taxonomies in alphabetical order?
