Hi, I tried sorting products by SKY on backend and results were strange. Although most of the products were placed as expected in alphabetical order some items were completely off their expected place. In the example provided there’s 1st page of my products where these oddities were most evident – https://prnt.sc/ogetp5

  • Hi there,

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Product Lookup Tables and click on the Regenerate button as seen here: https://cld.wthms.co/wBQhQi

Then, click on the Scheduled Actions Tab, and check the one labeled Pending as seen here: https://cld.wthms.co/IOme1q

If there are any pending actions related to the lookup tables, please click on “run” below that action.

Then once those are all complete, test the SKU sort again?

    Hi @titsmaker

Just checking-in on the problems you had reported with us. Were you able to try out the suggestions offered in this thread? I’m fairly certain that regenerating the product lookup tables, and running the pending actions should help you in resolve the problem.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as Resolved.

However, if the problems persist, feel free to reply to this thread, or open a new one.

    All the best!
