Sorting problems with Yith Woocommerce, items disappear!

  • Whenever anyone attempts to sort items on my site, IE by price or something, the items are all hidden and it says “no products were found.” This is the case for every item on my site. I was told that “As the Ajax triggers it hides everything.”

    Anyone have any idea why this would be?

    When setting default sort by option in WordPress, only the first (default) or “recent” options work. Otherwise it only shows the “no products were found.” message.

    Hi there

    Could you please try to temporarily disable our plugin and test sorting again?
    I can’t see any ajax sorting on your site, and if I visit sorted shop –/shop/?orderby=popularity I experience the same problem that you described
    For these reasons I feel this isn’t a problem with our plugin, but something more general affecting your shop loop

    Hey there Everyone! I figured the problem out. It was actually a problem with WooCommerce. Check out this query report.

    I went to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and ran the “Verify Database Tables” tool. Once it finished, I went back, refreshed the shop page, and now it would sort.
