    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

The reason for this problem is this line in the head of the page:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.6.1.min.js" ></script>

You will need to find where that’s coming from and then delete it. Most likely it’s in the “functions.php” or “header.php” of the theme.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

no problem, you are very welcome! ?? Good to hear that this helped!

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!

I seem to be having a similar issue. I have tried locating this string <script> but with no luck as my theme seems to have a few of them. I have tried deleting these items but then ruins other aspects of my site.

I use to be able to use this aspect before I switched to a different page template and now the sorting feature which is what im trying to get working wont work on this template.

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Regards,

Also sorry for the late answer. I was on vacation and didn’t have a chance to reply earlier.

I just checked the link that you posted, and everything seems to be working fine for me?

    Regards,
    Tobias
